Join Meesho as an Associate Operations and play a vital role in empowering thousands of entrepreneurs across India. Based in Bangalore, this role is part of our dynamic Growth team, working at the heart of Meesho’s mission to democratise internet commerce for everyone.
You will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs), business analysts, and multiple cross-functional teams to help sellers participate in Meesho’s promotional events like sales, deals, and loyalty programs. From building efficient processes to driving supplier engagement and operational excellence, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Skills
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Proven ability to guide, motivate, and lead teams
- Deep understanding of business processes and customer needs
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias towards execution
- Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decisions
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing business scenarios
- Experience in building and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech from premier institutes
- MBA preferred
- 1–3 years of total work experience, with at least 1+ years leading teams
- Experience in category management or startup environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with data tools and analytical techniques to evaluate business performance
