As an Insights Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of Cision’s Insights products and services to clients worldwide. You’ll analyze data, identify trends, and partner with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and world-class quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders, contribute to high-impact projects, and help shape the future of communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Insights data across teams and functions to identify trends and root causes
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement improvement programs, training, and automation initiatives
  • Produce and present detailed reports and KPI scorecards to internal teams and senior leadership
  • Monitor customer satisfaction scores, proactively identifying areas for improvement
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement to achieve and maintain top-quality service levels
  • Standardize methods, tools, and approaches to ensure consistent and accurate data analysis and quality reviews

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Experience using IT systems and databases
  • A detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field

Skills & Competencies

  • Data analysis and trend identification
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Presentation and reporting skills, including creating dashboards and scorecards
  • Ability to deliver constructive feedback and contribute to team growth
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or project management methodologies (preferred, but not required)
