Job Overview
Step into the role of Quality Assurance Tester and play a key part in delivering software products that meet the highest quality standards. You will assess software through manual and functional testing, report bugs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
- Develop effective test strategies, plans, and traceability matrices
- Design and execute manual test cases; analyze and report test results
- Identify, document, and track bugs and glitches
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
- Prepare and share test reports with the team and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in IT or as a QA Tester in cloud or SaaS applications
- Solid understanding of software development and contemporary testing methodologies
- Experience with Agile environments, defect management, and QA processes
- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, and SQL
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills
