Job Description

As a Data Analyst in our Private Markets Data Operations Team, your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading data collection from multiple public sources to ensure rich, accurate datasets
  • Implementing advanced data quality standards and cleansing processes
  • Performing in-depth trend analysis and producing actionable reports
  • Driving process automation and efficiency through SQL and Lean methodologies
  • Using advanced tools, including GenAI, for exploratory data analysis
  • Supporting compliance by maintaining thorough documentation
  • Contributing to strategic product enhancements and workflow improvements
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1–2+ years of experience working on data projects, especially in validation and cleansing
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Understanding of compliance standards in data collection and reporting
  • Exposure to Lean principles and/or automation tools preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
