Job Description
As a Data Analyst in our Private Markets Data Operations Team, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading data collection from multiple public sources to ensure rich, accurate datasets
- Implementing advanced data quality standards and cleansing processes
- Performing in-depth trend analysis and producing actionable reports
- Driving process automation and efficiency through SQL and Lean methodologies
- Using advanced tools, including GenAI, for exploratory data analysis
- Supporting compliance by maintaining thorough documentation
- Contributing to strategic product enhancements and workflow improvements
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- 1–2+ years of experience working on data projects, especially in validation and cleansing
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of compliance standards in data collection and reporting
- Exposure to Lean principles and/or automation tools preferred
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
