About the Role

As a Specialist in Technical Support Engineering, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of critical data centre facilities, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of global data centres in line with JLL and LSEG policies and financial regulations
- Coordinate and track preventive and reactive maintenance, including vendor and contractor oversight
- Enforce strict access control procedures to ensure site security and compliance
- Maintain detailed records and logs for incidents, maintenance, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to resolve service requests
- Respond to alarms, raise tickets, document incidents, and support root cause investigations
- Complete operational tasks such as equipment racking, patching, cable management, and decommissioning
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and supporting compliance checks
- Contribute to the improvement of standard operating procedures and best practices
- Promote a culture of health, safety, and risk management in all activities
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in technical support, facilities operations, or data centre environments (0–2 years preferred)
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of preventive maintenance, security protocols, and compliance requirements
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach to dynamic environments
