We are looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative to join our 24×7 support team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, helping resolve technical requests, incidents, and product-related questions. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on the Globys product suite
- Acknowledge and manage customer service requests and incidents
- Reproduce technical issues and escalate to relevant teams as needed
- Provide functional support and informal training to customers
- Analyze data to assist in incident root cause investigations
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations teams
- Deliver daily updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare handover reports and maintain clear documentation
- Create metrics, presentations, and training materials when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- 0 – 3+ years of experience in technical support
- Intermediate understanding of web applications and architecture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, BASH) is a plus
