Globys is a trusted technology partner to some of the world’s largest telecom carriers including T-Mobile, TELUS, One.nz, and TELSTRA. Our B2B portal solutions help over 500,000 businesses—including Microsoft, Google, Apple, and the US Navy—manage their mobile services more efficiently.

We are looking for a Technical Customer Care Representative to join our 24×7 support team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, helping resolve technical requests, incidents, and product-related questions. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality support.

Shift: 1:30 AM – 10:30 AM IST
Experience: 2–3+ years

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert on the Globys product suite
  • Acknowledge and manage customer service requests and incidents
  • Reproduce technical issues and escalate to relevant teams as needed
  • Provide functional support and informal training to customers
  • Analyze data to assist in incident root cause investigations
  • Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations teams
  • Deliver daily updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare handover reports and maintain clear documentation
  • Create metrics, presentations, and training materials when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
  • 0 – 3+ years of experience in technical support
  • Intermediate understanding of web applications and architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, BASH) is a plus
