Key Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting and budget planning initiatives
  • Update and refine forecasting models using real-time and historical data
  • Generate and analyze short-term and long-term forecasts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to adjust forecasts based on business impacts
  • Document processes and implement continuous improvements

Required Skills

  • Advanced Excel & Power BI proficiency
  • Experience in time-series forecasting & large dataset analysis
  • Strong knowledge of contact center metrics (AHT, volumes, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with sound understanding of statistics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 0.6–2 years of core WFM/forecasting experience

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience in a BPO/contact center environment preferred
