Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting and budget planning initiatives
- Update and refine forecasting models using real-time and historical data
- Generate and analyze short-term and long-term forecasts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to adjust forecasts based on business impacts
- Document processes and implement continuous improvements
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel & Power BI proficiency
- Experience in time-series forecasting & large dataset analysis
- Strong knowledge of contact center metrics (AHT, volumes, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with sound understanding of statistics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 0.6–2 years of core WFM/forecasting experience
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in a BPO/contact center environment preferred
