Role Overview
As a Junior Data Analyst, you’ll be working closely with various departments to collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. You’ll support decision-making through accurate reports and insights, while also gaining exposure to modern tools and methodologies used in real-world data analysis.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and structure large datasets from diverse sources
- Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards for internal teams
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and data goals
- Spot trends, patterns, and opportunities hidden in data
- Support predictive analytics projects and data modeling efforts
Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with Python or R (a plus, not mandatory)
- Good communication and critical thinking abilities
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team setting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
