Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of advanced data systems and reporting dashboards. Your insights will support high-impact decisions across healthcare and finance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain complex databases and data structures
- Conduct validation, quality checks, and access control to ensure data integrity
- Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards (Finance domain experience is a plus)
- Review and document data requirements using standard tools and frameworks
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, support modeling, and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client specifications
- Support less experienced team members with data structures and best practices
- Deliver training and ensure consistency in data modeling across teams
- Contribute to the planning and tracking of project deliverables
Required Skills & Tools:
- Python, SQL, Power BI
- Tableau, MS Access (preferred)
- Analytical thinking and data visualization
- Familiarity with ML/AI concepts (added advantage)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with database management and warehousing standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI development
- Prior experience in healthcare or finance domains preferred
Work Environment:
- Mode: Hybrid/Remote
- Shift: Requires late evening hours to align with US Eastern Time
