Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a high-performing team with timely performance feedback
- Track individual team member performance and learning progress
- Handle escalated issues from internal or external stakeholders
- Work autonomously with a proactive, decision-making mindset
- Distribute and organize workflow efficiently across team members
- Support end-to-end client onboarding including AML and KYC fulfillment
- Implement strategic improvements for data verification and quality control
- Drive continuous communication, coaching, and team development
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of banking products and onboarding compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficient in communication and stakeholder presentation
- Digital proficiency in MS Office and enterprise platforms
- Agile mindset with adaptability to business change
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Previous experience in AML, KYC, Fraud, Compliance, or Operational Risk
- Prior experience managing a high-performing team in a regulated industry
- Competence in both mainframe and PC-based systems
