Role Purpose

The Data Analyst L1 role is focused on analyzing and interpreting data to transform it into meaningful insights such as reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations. These insights will empower business leaders to make informed decisions, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Project Support

  • Gather and interpret data from various sources such as data warehouses, databases, and integration tools to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop and implement record management processes and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill their requirements.
  • Provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Set up and maintain automated data workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement external tools and services for data validation and cleansing.
  • Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business outcomes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and align on data requirements.
  • Design and conduct surveys; analyze survey data to meet client objectives.
  • Analyze complex datasets to generate business insights and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase performance and support competitor benchmarking.
  • Mine and analyze large datasets to draw actionable conclusions, presenting findings using reporting tools.
  • Develop predictive models and provide insights tailored to client requirements.

Performance Metrics

The role will be measured on:

  • Number of successful process automations.
  • On-time delivery of data and reports.
  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Zero customer escalations.
  • Accuracy and reliability of data analysis.
