The Opportunity
We are seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with our Analytics teams and deliver high-value data projects using the Healthcare Map. In this role, you’ll build pipelines, apply advanced analytics, and translate data into actionable insights that help clients address complex healthcare challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Analytics teams to design and execute advanced data projects
- Reconcile client requirements with available datasets to deliver solutions
- Develop strong expertise in U.S. healthcare claims data and client use cases
- Apply automation and cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows
- Synthesize, analyze, and present findings to stakeholders and clients
- Ensure high-quality standards in data reconciliation, reporting, and automation
What We’re Looking For
- Problem-Solver: Strong logical thinking, quantitative reasoning, and ability to identify patterns
- Collaborator: Effective communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams and clients
- Curious Learner: Eager to learn, adapt, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating presentations in PowerPoint
- 1–3 years of experience with U.S. healthcare claims data
- Strong technical foundation: SQL, relational databases, Python, R, SAS
- Familiarity with data visualization and statistical tools
- Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) in daily work
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in AI-driven workflows and agent-based systems
- Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or other BI platforms
