Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will work closely with sales and business teams to manage customer data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports to customers.
• Maintain and organize customer data and sales records with accuracy.
• Create presentations and visual dashboards using PowerPoint and other tools.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer queries related to data and reporting.
• Track sales performance and KPIs to support business growth.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3) is mandatory.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong analytical skills can also apply).
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience in reporting or data analytics is preferred.

Salary Range

4 – 8 LPA (based on experience and skills)
