Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage scooter insurance Own Damage (OD) policy renewals. In this role, you will assist customers with their renewals, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and seamless experience. Freshers are welcome – training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to scooter insurance OD renewals.
  • Guide customers through the renewal process with clear and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful completion of renewals.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of renewing their OD policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training.
