Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain dashboards & reports using Tableau for data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze and manipulate large datasets using SQL to uncover actionable insights.
- Automate data workflows and models using Python or Alteryx.
- Support data engineering by building ETL pipelines and integrating diverse data sources.
- Improve efficiency by automating repetitive business processes.
- Contribute to AI/ML projects, supporting model development and deployment.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance through strong governance practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Alteryx.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in data analytics, governance, or AI/ML domains.
- Knowledge of data management, metadata, PII, and compliance concepts.
- Exposure to financial services, legal, risk, or audit functions.
- Experience working with distributed file systems (e.g., SharePoint).
