Job Title: Executive Assistant (Rockstar Level)
Location: Remote
Salary: ₹45,000–55,000 per month (based on experience)
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations, handling communication, managing schedules, and acting as a strategic partner. Your job is to anticipate needs, eliminate friction, and keep processes running efficiently.
This role requires high-level discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO
- Handle calendar management, appointments, scheduling & prioritization
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and coordinate communication
- Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks
- Post job openings, screen applicants, and support HR tasks
- Organize business data and ensure platform accuracy
- Delegate and oversee customer service-related tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
- Provide proactive support and anticipate CEO requirements
- Troubleshoot issues, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience managing communication for senior leadership
- Strong English communication (written & verbal)
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
- Strong organizational skills & outstanding attention to detail
- High-speed internet, quiet workspace, and a reliable computer
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills, especially with web-based tools
- High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Zapier
- Real Estate industry exposure
- CRM software knowledge
- Technical aptitude or background in SaaS/Tech
