What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Deloitte, you will support hiring activities for specific business units.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online platforms and professional networks
  • Building talent pipelines using active & passive candidates
  • Managing communication throughout the candidate journey
  • Ensuring job descriptions and interview questions match role requirements
  • Screening resumes and evaluating candidate fitment
  • Maintaining candidate engagement until onboarding
  • Leveraging past applicants and databases for efficient hiring

This role gives you hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, communication, analytics, and HR operations.
