As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will support the hiring operations for multiple roles across Meesho. This internship provides exposure to metrics-driven hiring, stakeholder management, data analysis, and candidate experience.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, employees, and alumni
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Manage end-to-end interview processes and virtual hiring drives
- Create job postings and assist in resume screening
- Share prompt and professional feedback with candidates
- Prepare hiring dashboards, reports, and update TA data regularly
- Support recruitment operations for high-volume, fast-paced hiring
What You Will Need (Eligibility & Skills)
- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment; freshers are welcome
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Comfort with coordination, data handling, and multitasking
Candidates with prior experience in high-scale recruiting environments will have an advantage.
