Job Overview
As a KPO Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing online advertisements, evaluating search content, preparing ad creatives, and ensuring 100% accuracy and quality in digital content as per client guidelines. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong analytical thinking, excellent English skills, and an interest in the digital media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Review advertisements, search content, and landing pages for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare ad content and creative text as per client guidelines.
- Classify and categorize search results based on relevance and client instructions.
- Edit or comment on client-provided content to ensure quality.
- Ensure all online content is appropriate, compliant, and free from copyright issues.
- Identify offensive content and flag violations.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of the Internet and how Google Search works.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs.
- Ability to use relevant keywords for effective online search.
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Salary & Shift Details
- Freshers CTC: ₹2,11,473 LPA
(14-month service agreement applicable for freshers)
- Shifts: Rotational
- 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM
- Weekly 2 rotational offs (on any day of the week).

- L1 & L2 interviews conducted online.
- If shortlisted, candidates must visit any Virtusa office (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, or Gurgaon) for:
