Role: Tamil Linguistic Projects (Remote)

Type: Freelance / Temporary Contract
Location: India / United States (Fully Remote)
Department: Annotation & Translation

This project involves working with Tamil linguistic data to support AI model improvement. You’ll perform tasks directly from Sigma’s online platform available 24/7.

Responsibilities

You may work on multiple AI-training tasks, including:

• Tamil text annotation, categorization, correction
• Transcription and evaluation of Tamil audio
• Conversational interactions
• Content creation and localization
• Validation of audio, video, image, and text data
• General AI training data tasks

All tasks are simple to moderate, with full instructions provided.

Who Can Apply?

You should have:

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Fluent in Tamil (reading & writing without errors)
✔ Fluent in English
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ High attention to detail

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

⭐ Experience in content rating or data annotation
⭐ Familiarity with AI training projects
⭐ Strong grammar & spelling skills in Tamil and English

Technical Requirements

To work on the project, you’ll need:

Computer

• Minimum 4GB RAM
• Working microphone & webcam

Operating System

• Windows 10 or higher
• macOS 13 Ventura or higher
• All latest updates installed

Internet & Accessories

• Stable internet connection
• Headphones
• Secure network (password-protected WiFi)

For Audio Collection Projects

• Android smartphone
