Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining solutions, documenting processes, and ensuring successful delivery of business projects aligned with enterprise architecture and client expectations.

You will work on improving business processes, resolving operational gaps, and supporting service delivery across multiple platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions.
• Analyze, transform, and resolve complex business and system challenges.
• Define business, process, information, and system requirements.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Deliver business projects aligned with sponsor requirements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.

Process Documentation & Governance

• Identify and document operational gaps.
• Create and maintain user guides, templates, test cases, and training materials.
• Ensure adherence to development and support processes.

Service Delivery Support

• Assist with resolution of service-related issues.
• Support implementation of new services, platforms, and process improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned project elements with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of business practices and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in process mapping and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Knowledge of systems such as ServiceNow, SAP, Remedy, Siebel (preferred).
• Understanding of ITIL and service management practices.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in:
  • Business Administration
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Applications
  • Management
  • Engineering
  • Or related disciplines

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates with 0–2+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• Experience in a technology services or systems integration environment is preferred.
• Certification in Business Analysis (IIBA / PBA) is an advantage.
• ITIL certification or relevant technology certifications preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills required.

Eligible Passed-Out Years

• 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 pass-outs can apply
• Candidates with relevant experience beyond these years may also be considered.
