Job Description

As a Customer Service Contractor, you will handle day-to-day activities for corporate editing and copyediting clients. The role focuses on managing client communication, configuring assignments, coordinating with delivery teams, and ensuring timely service delivery.

This position is well suited for candidates with strong English communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

• Respond to client queries received via email
• Resolve client concerns within defined turnaround times
• Ensure a consistent and professional customer experience

Assignment Configuration & Coordination

• Configure client requests received through the online system
• Set up assignments based on email and system requests
• Communicate client requirements clearly to the Delivery team

Delivery & Quality Management

• Track assignment progress and ensure timely delivery
• Log feedback, complaints, and resolutions
• Report client updates and performance metrics to the team manager

Performance & Compliance

• Meet KPIs related to response time, resolution time, and configuration accuracy
• Ensure zero pending client inquiries at the end of each shift
• Follow internal processes and documentation standards

Work Schedule

• 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs
• 9-hour rotational shifts (including 1-hour lunch break)
• Shift timings between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM
• Earliest shift start: 8:00 AM
• Latest shift start: 4:00 PM
