Job Description

As a Community Associate – Email Support at Poshmark, you will provide front-line customer support via email to Poshmark’s global community of buyers and sellers. The role involves responding to high volumes of time-sensitive inquiries related to orders, payments, and user accounts, while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

You will investigate issues, recommend solutions, and communicate clearly and empathetically to ensure a seamless user experience.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Email Support

  • Respond to customer queries via email support
  • Handle account, order, and payment-related issues
  • Provide clear product education and guidance

Issue Resolution & Investigation

  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns
  • Recommend effective solutions aligned with company policies
  • Turn negative experiences into positive outcomes

Performance & Quality

  • Meet volume, response time, resolution rate, and CES goals
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all communications
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from the community

Collaboration

  • Work independently while coordinating with India-based managers
  • Collaborate with US headquarters teams via Slack and Zoom
  • Support team goals and assist during peak volumes
