Job Description

As a Financial Analyst II at Cencora, you will support core finance operations by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. You will work closely with accounting, senior finance professionals, and business partners to enable data-driven decision-making.

This role provides a strong learning platform for candidates aiming to grow long-term careers in corporate finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and performance gaps
• Support accurate P&L recognition during month-end close

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Gather and validate data for budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Update and maintain financial models under senior guidance
• Assist with scenario and sensitivity analysis

Data Management & Collaboration

• Maintain financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting trackers
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy

Stakeholder Support

• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
• Support senior finance and commercial partners with insights

Eligibility Criteria

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic financial modeling and analytical skills
