Role Overview – Software Development Engineer at Nokia

As a Software Development Engineer, you will work on AI-enabled, cloud-native telecom platforms, translating customer requirements into robust technical designs. You’ll own features end-to-end—from design and development to testing and production support—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and convert them into technical specifications
  • Design low-level architecture and develop high-quality Java-based features

  • Handle customer issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and fix defects
