Role Overview – Affiliate Marketing Manager at Mediacle

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate partnerships. You’ll work with top-performing affiliates, identify new growth opportunities, negotiate commercial deals, and analyze performance metrics to maximize campaign effectiveness.

This role offers exposure to global affiliate networks, performance analytics, campaign planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with top-performing affiliates to maximize revenue and engagement
• Support affiliates with campaign planning, promotions, and creative assets
• Identify and onboard new high-quality affiliates with relevant traffic sources
• Negotiate custom commercial deals with premium affiliates
• Analyze affiliate performance and track key metrics
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management
• Organize affiliate promotions for events, launches, and special offers
• Coordinate with affiliate networks to expand reach and visibility
• Liaise with the web team to align affiliate activities with overall digital strategy
• Ensure strong online etiquette and professional communication across channels
