Role Overview – Junior QA Automation Engineer at Decisions

As a Junior QA Automation Engineer at Decisions, you will contribute to ensuring product quality across multiple platform versions by executing manual and automated tests. You will collaborate with R&D, Cloud Ops, Support, and Customer Success teams to identify issues, validate fixes, and support frequent product releases in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, automation scripting, and quality-driven development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple platform versions
• Write automation scripts using C# or Java with Selenium or Playwright
• Participate in testing cycles for enterprise integrations and APIs
• Document test results and prepare release readiness reports
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to prioritize defect fixes
• Support QA best practices across Agile and SDLC processes
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing within QA teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certification or training in QA Automation / Selenium / Playwright
• Basic understanding of software development concepts
• Knowledge of manual testing and automation frameworks
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and web applications
