In this Vendor Implant role, you will act as a key link between Flipkart’s internal teams and external brand partners. Your responsibilities will span vendor coordination, data tracking, catalog updates, supply flow management, and financial escalations, ensuring smooth category operations and timely execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, analyze, and share relevant data with brands and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and circulate off-take trackers on a bi-weekly basis
• Coordinate with internal catalog teams to ensure listings remain accurate and updated
• Ensure timely closure of vendor action items including QC validation and RO closures
• Support smooth vendor supply operations across Flipkart platforms
• Assist in executing category marketing activations as per agreed timelines
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve escalations and closures on time

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good data handling and reporting skills
