As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the social presence of The Knowledge Academy’s in-house brands. The role focuses on content planning, publishing, community management, trend analysis, lead engagement, and campaign execution across multiple platforms.

This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure to brand building, analytics, AI-powered content tools, and integrated marketing workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media handles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and more
  • Create and maintain structured content calendars aligned with business goals
  • Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content consistently
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions with timely responses
  • Engage with audiences to build brand trust and visibility
  • Identify and leverage platform and industry trends for campaign ideation
  • Execute trend-based, seasonal, and business-focused social campaigns
  • Support lead generation by coordinating social enquiries with internal teams
