Role Overview – Analyst (TB Program)

As an Analyst – TB, you will provide strategic, analytical, and operational support to WJCF’s Tuberculosis program leadership. You will work on high-impact TB interventions such as active case finding, diagnostics adoption, program monitoring, and health system strengthening.

The role requires close collaboration with government stakeholders, donors, and private-sector partners, along with strong analytical rigor to convert complex data into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Design

  • Support formulation and implementation of TB interventions aligned with government priorities
  • Integrate policy updates, best practices, and learnings into program design
  • Assist in developing the program’s theory of change

Data, Analytics & Monitoring

  • Design and roll out data collection tools for evidence-based decision-making
  • Analyze facility-level and community-level TB data
  • Build dashboards, visualizations, reports, and planning tools
  • Support program monitoring, evaluation, and course correction

Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Coordinate with central and state government departments
  • Engage with donors, partners, and implementing agencies
  • Support grant proposals, donor pitches, and opportunity scoping

Supply Chain & Operations Support

  • Assist demand generation and supply chain workstreams
  • Support product forecasting, stock monitoring, and capacity building
  • Contribute to diagnostic technology assessments and market analysis

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for partners and donors
  • Support compliance, reporting, and project-wide coordination
