Role Overview – CTK Service Associate at Amazon

As a CTK Service Associate, you will support Amazon employees globally by resolving HR-related queries through live calls, chats, cases, and tickets. You will take full ownership of employee issues, apply policies and SOPs, and ensure resolutions are delivered with accuracy, empathy, and speed.

The role requires high judgment, critical thinking, confidentiality, and flexibility to work across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volumes of employee interactions via calls, chats, cases, and tickets
  • Resolve queries using knowledge base articles, FAQs, and SOPs
  • Take ownership to ensure first-contact resolution
  • Build trust through empathetic and personalized communication
  • Escalate complex issues when required as per process
  • Balance policy adherence with employee needs using sound judgment
  • Collaborate with partner teams on process and policy improvements
  • Maintain strong performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT)
  • Adhere strictly to schedules, breaks, and 24/7 coverage requirements
  • Work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 0–10+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, HR, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of contact center or customer support experience
  • Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, lookups, navigation)
  • Experience with HR policies, leave management, or employee benefits
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or escalations
