Key Responsibilities

Partner Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track daily partner utilization, on-time performance (OTP), and attendance
• Monitor slot fill rates and highlight attendance shortfalls
• Maintain dashboards and trackers for utilization, OTP, attendance, and winback
• Support performance analysis and reporting

Partner Communication & Engagement

• Conduct outbound calls for attendance, performance feedback, and issue resolution
• Support partner engagement and recognition initiatives

• Drive winback of inactive or low-engagement partners

Operational Coordination
