Role Overview – MIS Executive L1

As an MIS Executive L1 at Wipro, you will be responsible for preparing, validating, and delivering high-quality MIS reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with management and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, track performance metrics, and support continuous improvements in reporting systems and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards
• Work closely with management and stakeholders to understand business information needs
• Ensure reports are delivered as per defined schedules (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Review reports with the MIS Team Lead to ensure 100% accuracy
• Track and follow up on data updates related to SLA metrics and performance indicators
• Generate account-level reports covering forecasting, scheduling, SLAs, CSAT, and quality
• Ensure zero non-compliance with data security and process audit standards
• Support adoption of tools and systems for efficient MIS generation
• Assist managers in rolling out productivity improvement initiatives
• Maintain and enhance MIS systems for operational efficiency
• Develop analytical and statistical skills to improve reporting quality
