Role Overview – AM Reporting Ops Analyst

As an AM Reporting Ops Analyst at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, you will support global institutional and mutual fund clients by producing, validating, and delivering accurate reporting outputs. You will work closely with relationship managers, sales, product teams, and upstream data teams to ensure reporting quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

This role offers exposure to global asset management operations, client reporting, and financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and deliver standard and custom client reports
• Support monthly factsheet preparation and distribution
• Coordinate with upstream teams to ensure data accuracy
• Generate daily metrics and MIS reports for management
• Manage regulatory reporting coordination for GSAM
• Maintain and update client disclosures and footnotes
• Handle access provisioning for GSAM client portals
• Ensure high standards of data security, risk awareness, and compliance
• Manage high-volume reporting workloads with accuracy and focus
