Role Overview – Executive N-Plant Administration

As an Executive – N-Plant Administration at Asian Paints, you will support plant operations by ensuring timely inwarding and dispatch of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with multiple plant functions, and managing store-level operations. You will also play a key role in people management, safety compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Raw Material (RM) & Packing Material (PM) Stores

• Execute timely inwarding of vehicles with SAP updates
• Coordinate with Safety, Plant Engineering, and Security teams
• Allocate work activities to permanent workmen as per norms
• Ensure timely issue of materials to production
• Review and correct receiving records against invoices
• Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification
• Organize and maintain RM and PM storage areas

Finished Goods (FG), BSR & Dispatch

• Ensure smooth FG movement from shop floor to BSR
• Facilitate online dispatches from BSR to DC
• Plan and dispatch FG as per open STRs
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Manage pallet accounting and coordination for repairs
• Ensure accurate invoicing and inventory availability

People Management

• Delegate tasks to operators on a shift basis
• Conduct daily tool-box talks with workmen
• Monitor shift-wise job execution

Safety & Compliance

• Assist in implementing LOTO systems
• Support annual risk assessments
• Assist in COSHH implementation and review
• Ensure adherence to plant safety management systems
