Role Overview – Clearing and Settlement Analyst (AS)

As a Clearing and Settlement Analyst (AS) at Deutsche Bank, you will manage and oversee daily Trade Services production, ensuring all settlement and post-trade activities meet agreed SLAs and quality standards. You will act as a point of reference for team members and support managers through reporting, exception handling, training coordination, and productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production across Trade Services processes
• Ensure settlement, matching, confirmations, reconciliation, and investigations are completed accurately
• Own MIS reporting, exception handling, and escalation management

• Ensure SLA adherence and strive to exceed service levels
• Coordinate with training teams to keep documentation and procedures updated
• Plan and manage training and coaching for team members
