Role Overview – Customer Service Executive (Car Finance)

As a Customer Service Executive in the New Car Loans division, you will support the end-to-end loan processing cycle. Working closely with supervisors and managers, you will interact with customers, collect and verify documents, log cases as per SOPs, and ensure smooth disbursement while meeting sanction and compliance requirements.
