Role Overview – Sales Executive (Personal Loan)

As a Sales Executive for Salaried Personal Loans, you will be responsible for sourcing loan business, identifying sales opportunities, managing customer and branch relationships, and achieving assigned targets. You will work closely with Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and branch staff to generate leads and ensure consistent sales performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source personal loan business from branch customers and open market
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer and branch relationships
  • Visit allocated branches daily for lead generation
  • Update lead tracker and submit daily sales reports
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
  • Coordinate closely with Team Leader / Sales Manager
