Role Overview – Specialist 2 (Deals Advisory) at PwC

As a Specialist 2 in PwC’s central Deals Advisory team, you will work across multiple deal competencies such as M&A and Private Equity. The role combines analytics, research, and consulting support, offering a steep learning curve and exposure to high-impact deal environments.

You will support leadership teams by delivering data-driven insights and building tools and automations that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A and Private Equity deal advisory engagements
