Role Overview – Associate Software Engineer (Onboarding)

As an Associate Software Engineer – Onboarding, you will be part of FlexTrade’s Global FIX Client Onboarding team, responsible for onboarding clients trading electronically using FlexTrade’s platforms. You will work closely with account management, development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless FIX certifications and high-quality client integration.

This role provides direct exposure to real-world trading environments, execution venues, and global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard FIX clients trading electronically on FlexTrade platforms
• Perform FIX certifications with brokers, ECNs, ATSs, and exchanges
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client onboarding timelines
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the certification library
• Work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive onboarding targets
• Support interconnections between clients and execution venues
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders
