Role Overview – Associate Service Desk Representative

As an Associate Service Desk Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customer IT issues. You will handle inbound support requests, diagnose hardware and software problems, use remote tools for troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution or escalation as per defined processes.
