Role Overview – Apprentice (Operations)

As an Apprentice, you will support assembly line operations, working on product builds as per drawings, schematics, and standard work instructions. You will play a key role in maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency while learning core manufacturing processes used in aerospace-grade production environments.

This role provides practical exposure to production handling, inspection, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products on the production line using drawings and instructions
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE guidelines, and operational procedures
• Inspect assembled products for defects and dimensional accuracy
• Handle production parts and pack finished assemblies for storage
• Stop production and inform supervisors in case of machinery failure or major defects
• Maintain accurate records of production tasks and rework activities
• Report incidents, defects, or faulty operations promptly
• Build components and sub-assemblies into finished assemblies
• Ensure products meet drawing specifications and quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Input work orders into systems and maintain production documentation
