Role Overview – HR Intern (Certinal by Zycus)

As an HR Intern at Zycus (Certinal), you will work closely with Strategy & Operations teams to support end-to-end HR activities. The role provides practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, policy administration, payroll support, and employee engagement.

You will gain real-world experience in how HR supports scaling SaaS businesses while maintaining compliance, culture, and employee satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding activities and induction programs for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
  • Support employee engagement activities, surveys, and internal communications
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analytics dashboards
  • Conduct research on HR trends and recommend process improvements
  • Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters
