Role Overview – Social Media Executive at WTF

As a Social Media Executive, you will own the day-to-day execution of all social media platforms, translate brand thinking into high-impact campaigns, and use analytics to continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Publishing

  • Manage daily posting and platform handling across social channels
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual language
  • Plan and execute content using a structured content calendar

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track post-level metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, CTR
  • Maintain monthly analytics documentation
  • Identify performance patterns and derive actionable insights
  • Present monthly performance reports with recommendations

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Conceptualize and execute monthly insight-driven campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand philosophy and cultural relevance
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director on campaign narratives

Infographics & Static Content

  • Create and execute infographics and static posts
  • Ensure clarity, minimalism, and data accuracy in visuals
  • Follow approval workflows with the Creative Director

New IP Development

  • Conceptualize and launch 2 new social media IPs
  • Own format design, cadence, visual identity, and growth strategy
  • Test, iterate, and scale IPs based on performance

Podcast Reels & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end execution of podcast reels
  • Coordinate with editors, designers, and podcast teams
  • Optimize reels for platform-specific formats and hooks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, creator, or media IP
  • Strong understanding of Instagram-first storytelling and short-form video
  • Comfortable working with analytics, dashboards, and performance data
  • Ability to balance creative intuition with data-driven decisions
