Role Overview – Digital Marketing Analyst at Ford

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will support Ford’s digital marketing and content publishing operations by coordinating with market contacts, external agencies, and internal technical teams. The role ensures that pricing, images, and model information are accurately updated, approved, and published across preview and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with market contacts to obtain latest price lists and order guides
  • Update daily metrics trackers for requests, amendments, and approvals
  • Raise image requests with external agency Oliver and track modifications
  • Maintain and update Oliver metrics sheets for all image-related requests
  • Verify images received from external agencies before approval
  • Review and approve analyst inputs prior to market submission
  • Obtain market approval for updates performed in GPRS
  • Validate changes in test/preview environments and raise cache-clear tickets with BSL teams
  • Coordinate with Prague team for publishing updates to NGC
  • Perform post-production verification and notify NSC teams
  • Support updates to engine fuel tables and legacy downstream applications
  • Assist team members with workload management when required
