Role Overview – Social Media & Operations Executive at Kinetiq Collective

As a Social Media & Operations Executive, you will work closely with the founder as a core execution partner. The role blends social media management, marketing execution, admin operations, and workshop coordination, giving you end-to-end exposure to how a community-driven brand operates and grows.

This position offers hands-on learning in brand building, revenue handling, operations, and event execution, without the pressure of a high-stress corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing

• Plan and manage Instagram content, storytelling, and posting
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries
• Write high-quality English content for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Support promotions, launches, and workshop marketing
• Run and assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads

Admin & Operations

• Organise files, folders, documents, and contact lists
• Maintain Google Sheets for registrations, tracking, and reports
• Handle backend coordination and smooth daily operations
• Manage event accounts and financial data
• Analyse data to identify trends and support business growth

Workshops & Founder Support

• Assist during workshops and events (online and on-ground)
• Support logistics, coordination, and follow-ups
• Act as an execution partner, taking ownership beyond tasks

Work Schedule & Structure

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: All Tuesdays
• Occasional Work: Sundays during workshops or events
