Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Posting

  • Plan and schedule daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X)
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and reels
  • Ensure brand tone, consistency, and accuracy across all posts
  • Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action

Campaign Management

  • Execute social media campaigns for:
    • Admissions and enrollments
    • Events, workshops, and webinars
    • Achievements and announcements
  • Support paid ad campaigns by coordinating creatives and captions

Engagement & Community Management

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
  • Monitor brand mentions and audience feedback
  • Build positive engagement and a strong online community

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports
  • Suggest improvements based on insights and trends

Trend & Competitor Monitoring
