Role Overview – Full Stack Engineer (AI/ML) at Cisco

In this role, you will design and deliver next-generation intelligent systems that enhance Cisco’s partner incentive platforms. You’ll combine Python-based AI/ML development, full-stack engineering, and MLOps best practices to deploy scalable, reliable models into production.

The role involves working with LLMs, predictive modeling, NLP, and agentic AI frameworks, while contributing to architecture decisions and enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based AI/ML codebases for partner incentive solutions
• Design and deploy predictive models using regression, classification, and clustering
• Translate business problems into data-driven analytical solutions
• Build and optimize MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and scalability
• Develop NLP models for matching, deduplication, and text intelligence
• Integrate LLMs (GPT-4, BERT, T5, Llama, Mistral) into enterprise platforms
• Work with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration tools
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and multi-functional stakeholders
• Perform code reviews, testing, documentation, and performance tuning
