Role Overview – Service Desk Analyst L1 at Wipro

As a Service Desk Analyst L1, you will be the first point of contact for end users, providing technical and application support. You’ll diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and ensure accurate documentation while meeting SLA and customer satisfaction targets. The role demands excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

  • Assist end users with application, system, and network-related issues
