Role Overview – Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, create functional specifications, manage scope, and support testing activities. Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements via calls and emails
• Analyze “as-is” and “to-be” business processes
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications
• Manage project scope and prevent scope creep
• Coordinate with development teams for estimation and clarification
• Create requirement traceability matrices and process flow diagrams
• Develop test scenarios and support system, integration, and regression testing
• Track project metrics and prepare reports
• Manage defect tracking and issue resolution
• Work effectively with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery
